ok here's the deal im looking for criminal records in Puerto Rico of two people there name's are Phillip Rivera and Natalio Rivera im looking for those records because one of them is my boyfriend and he told me he was criminal before so i just want to make sure what kind of guy im trusting that's all. It would be helpful if you could find out your boyfriend's second last name (his mother's maiden name) since people in Puerto Rico write their name by first name, middle name, father's last name and mother's maiden name. If that doesn't work, you might want to try a background check but, you will most likely need to pay for it. Good luck on your search.
