FB Criminal History Record for Immigration Cases (specifically being denied admission)?

Does the fingerprint check/criminal history record with the FBI also have Immigration Charges? Specifically, If someone was denied admission at the US border for having controlled substances will this be documented in the Criminal History Report?





Also - for another unrelated country that the person may want to immigrate to (say one in Europe) will the same applicant then be considered as a criminal/security threat for being denied admission to the US based on such charges?FB Criminal History Record for Immigration Cases (specifically being denied admission)?
