What are some recent statutory and common law cases?

i want to know some recent cases about these two types of laws any websites showing info on the case would help thanksWhat are some recent statutory and common law cases?
You're going to have to be a LOT more specific than that! A statutory case is usually criminal, though often it is civil. This is where a statute is interpreted and applied to the facts. A common law case applies a rule established through precedent (or case history), rather than a statute. An example is in Negligence (a Tort) and the doctrine of Res Ipsa Loquitor.
